On the cover: B and T lymphocytes attacking exocrine pancreatic parenchyma in Tg(ELa1-Lta,b) mice with autoimmune pancreatitis organize into lymphoid structures with germinal centers, also called tertiary lymphoid organs (TLOs). In mice treated with anti-CD20 Ab, B cell follicles are reduced, and the majority of T cells within TLOs are CD4+ T cells (in red). Wanner-Seleznik, G. M., T. Reding, R. Chen, A. K. Gupta, D. Lenggenhager, J. Browning, S. Segerer, M. Heikenwalder, and R. Graf. 2020. Amelioration of murine autoimmune pancreatitis by targeted LTβR inhibition and anti-CD20 treatment.
